Free Intro to Vedic Meditation

“Learning Vedic Meditation with Anna was the best decision I ever made.”

– John K.

“It is possible for everyone to go deep within and saturate his conscious mind with inner happiness, with the unlimited energy and intelligence that dwells at the source of thought…”

–my teacher’s teacher, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, 1968

VEDIC MEDITATION

Vedic Meditation is a simple mental technique, which involves thinking a personalized mantra while sitting comfortably in a chair with eyes closed.

The technique draws the mind inward toward an innate quiet state, which we call Being. It doesn’t require any effort, concentration, or ‘clearing the wmind.’ It just works.

We teach it over 4 consecutive days. The first session lasts about an hour; each subsequent session lasts approximately 90 minutes.

I offer a free introductory session to anyone interested in learning more. By the end of this introductory session, you’ll be ready to learn to meditate. Please click here to schedule –>
